I am giving this 3 stars which is rather high for a work that I only read 45% of before putting down. The author seems to be well versed in biblical history, the story is presented well and develops nicely. I suspect that there is fatal logic flaw in the premise, but did not read far enough to expose it, and if it ends as I suspect can be forgiven as artistic license.

The message is clear and attempts to support a position held by many, but the delivery is lacking that which will convince any but those who already hold the belief. I think most of the intended audience (Christians) will enjoy it.

I very much enjoyed this story. The meeting between James, the Professor, and his "grandsons" was a hoot.
