About Rochelle Weinstein

First and foremost, I'm a wife and a mother (14-year-old twin boys). My first novel, What We Leave Behind, is for any woman who has loved and lost and wondered what could have been. That's not to say that some wise, insightful men have not found the read most enjoyable. The Mourning After, released in 2013, is a family tragedy set in Miami Beach, Florida. The book most recently was awarded the B.R.A.G. Medallion honor. The story follows one family through the many stages of loss, while imparting the lessons of hope and resiliency. The book highlights glycogen storage disease, a rare genetic disorder both personal and dear to me. In fact, 50% of the book proceeds will go directly to GSD research. Book three is currently in the works. The tentative title is Lake Coffey, based on the lovely namesake based in Beech Mountain, North Carolina. Another love story, the characters will navigate through the perils of mental illness and how it impacts those around us, all against the backdrop of the Carolina mountains. Thank you to my readers for supporting all of my work and inviting me into your homes. I can't wait to share book three with you! In the meantime, happy reading!

Rochelle Weinstein go's above and beyond in this new novel. I was captivated and engaged throughout the whole story. The twist is going to throw you for a complete ride. I love the aspect of the girl next door with Lucy and how her and Levon beging to grow in unimaginable ways! This was a great well written story of how far people will go to hide the truth. Loved it!
