Nicely done! Just the right amount of horror, intrigue, suspicion, and adventure to hold your interests. My only complaint? That the story came to a close. I would love to read further tales told from this world.

Ascension is well written and full of conflict and action. A very good horror story with stinking, rotting, staggering zombies.

Captivating short story. Totally creative and imaginative, reads very different than so much other zombie stuff. Could be something special brewing here if going to full book and will be watching for it. Keep going man!

Short story with plenty of kick. Recommended to me by a friend. Boy trapped in pitch black cave as zombies awaken all around him. He must find his way out while more and more zombies join the chase. Good gore and scary. Goose bumped me which is not easy! Edited well, which can be rare with indie publishers. Highly recommend.

I was stuck in the doctor's office waiting and downloaded. Definitely a very entertaining 15 minutes. Creepy and moody. Great use of zombies. I made them wait another minute after they called my name so I could finish! I agree with other reviewer, I hope prelude to whole book.
