I purchased LIVING DAILY WITH ADULT ADD OR ADHD because I have a friend with ADD and wanted to understand more about it. I did learn much about the condition and coping skills. What surprises me is that I have added many of the coping "tips of the day" and find that the skills (for anyone) are advantageous for daily "focus." I can recommend it to a general audience, too. KW
