I read the intro after downloading this piece, and it looks terrific.
There are five chapters covering: Journals and Diaries; Memoir; Blogs; Poetry and Fiction; Nonfiction. Over the years, I have attended numerous social writing groups in which the members had different interests, and these chapters should address all of those nicely.
Thank you Gene Wilburn.

Gene Wilburn's book on Recreational Writing is very useful to me since I am endeavouring to improve my writing techniques. Although I write stories mainly for children I have had stories published in Canadian Stories and in Our Canada.
