About Louis Piechota

Louis Piechota grew up in Colorado but now lives in upstate New York. Currently he pays the bills as a mechanical engineer, but his dream has always been to become a full-time author and storyteller. His main passion in writing is fantasy, but he’s also got a few ideas for science fiction stories that will make it onto the page one day. Basically anything that can't be found in the real world is what most interests him in both writing and reading. Some of his favorite authors are J.R.R Tolkien, Lloyd Alexander, Ursula K. Le Guin, and Neil Gaiman.

He published his first novel, “A Rose in the Desert,” in 2014. In the fall of 2018 he followed it up with a sequel entitled “A Daughter of Kings,” and he is currently at work on two new projects.

He's running for your life and then some. Can't a gurl just be nozy? The whiny little self-centered prince here has heaps to learn about reality and himself. He'd be nowhere if it weren't for some very devoted females. Wise up, folks, and keep your eyes on the real stars in this story and their long-suffering devotion.

I love your book; thank you for taking the time to write it. I am not that much of a reader, but I was pulled in to the world you created. Every chapter left me satisfied and hungry for more. I love the book's setting, style, and balance of magic and 'real life'.
