Although this book has an A to Z on the wines grown in Australia, I cannot see much written about the "emerging varietal wines of Australia" and the future of Australian wines. I am interested to find out what the new trends are, and which varieties are going to be prominent in the future. I feel that there are many wine consumers who would like to know more about these emerging wines, and any specific information about them would be useful and interesting.
