About Rachel Guerrero

Rachel is convinced that real life is nearly always more interesting than fiction, which is why she can rarely tear herself away from writing true stories in order to compose fiction tales. She has lived in America, Malaysia, and China. You will most likely hear references to things like her husband, Angel, the language of Mandarin Chinese, and Captain Jack Sparrow if you read much at all of what she writes. She's passionate about blogging, so be sure to check out her websites for regularly updated content.

This book was fascinating! I was able to relate to a lot of things mentioned, and was thinking of Rachel today when our car refused to start, leaving us stranded in town for a couple hours. She freely shares her adventures and misadventures in a very readable and enjoyable format filled with good humor and very thought-provoking revelations.

It is a very great book. I loved the stories about you and your husband. My favorites were; Love can be a Hamburger, and When Serving Isn't Fun. I think these stories can teach people a lot. This book makes me want to get married someday! I love the randomness, from silly and made-up, to heart-touching and beautiful. I hope Rachel G writes many more books...so that I can read them!

We bought Rachel's book before going on a family vacation. It was going to be a long drive to get to our destination, and we needed something to keep us occupied while we traveled. My wife read the book out loud and we all enjoyed the interesting stories that Rachel has written from her life in Malaysia, USA, and China. We learned a lot more about her and her husband in the funny stories. The book kept us entertained for hours. As soon as one chapter was finished, one of the kids would say "read another chapter!", to which my wife happily agreed. We wholeheartedly recommend this book.

It took me two hours to read through this book because I could not put it down. Ms. Guerrero's writing flows very smooth and fast. Her writing is vivid and contains random tid bits in life. I also sensed her strong passion in her beliefs and ideas. I learned some new things from her view of life and also enjoyed her amusing fictional tid bits. Most of the book seems to be real life experiences and situations. It's a clean book with humor, marriage, family, cockroaches, and other things like pillows. My favorite article was, "Are you a real woman or a fake one?"
