About June Stevens

June Stevens creates new worlds in the form of short stories and books.

When you step into one of June Stevens worlds you will encounter at least one (or a combination of many) of these elements: romance, mystery, magic, ghosts, vampires, witches, werebeasts, elves, faeries, other magical creatures, space ships, aliens, space travel, time travel, angels, demons, gods and goddesses, and who knows what else. If it can be dreamed up...it may be in one of her worlds.

Some of her work may be a little sweet and fantastical, while some (The Paranorm World series for example) is a little edgy and spicy.

June Stevens also writes non-fiction as DJ Westerfield.

Review by: Christine Lee on Sep. 30, 2016 :
Fiona Moon is the best Black Blade Guard in the Nash City/State. Because of this, Master Necromancer Ian Barroes always insists on working with her on cases. Well that, and his intense attraction to her. He really enjoys getting a rise out of her.

Voodoo Moon, A Moon Sisters Novel (Paranorm World #1) by June Stevens Westerfield, is a wonderful beginning to a series about the Moon Sisters; sisters by choice, not blood.

June has a way of getting you invested in the story immediately. I was sucked in and couldn't put my reader down. The emotions are real, and the characters flawed and likable.

Definite 5-star must-read.
