I was expecting the usual set of fixed expressions and basic techniques, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book goes much deeper than any of that. I especially liked the strong focus on the psychology of presenting – overcoming nerves, handling criticism, self-assessment, getting into “presenter mode”, and so on. These hacks will take your classes beyond English language teaching and into the realm of business coaching.

Another nice feature is that each hack is a simple, self-contained idea for a few minutes of focused learning and practice. There’s no need for learners to spend hours planning and delivering long presentations (and sitting through everyone else’s efforts). With these hacks, your course can be filled with lots of short, snappy, fun activities.
