Solving societies problems

The author writes well and lends solutions for solving some of society's major and challenging problems.
Some of the problems are solvable, if implemented properly and some suggestions for solving has merit. The problems outline range from crime to customer service, to terrorist and weight management. Not all problems are life or death, and some have more of an opinion rather than something that can be initiated, but the book is well put together, and a very interesting read.

I read the book Cutting the Gordian Knot: Simple Solutions to Complex Societal Problems. I read this book for several reasons. I like books that discuss social, economical, and political issues whether they cover National or Global issues. Very few people have original ideas and solutions in regards to National issues or concerns. We all know the problems but few people try to give possible solutions. So I appreciate writers that tackle these issues.

The author's issues and solutions were well written and articulated. I agreed with some and had a difference of opinion on some others. As will everyone that reads these types of books . I agree with and support many of the issues and proposals raised in the book. I enjoyed reading the book and would recommend the book to others.

Over all good book, especially for those interested in non-fiction social, economic, and governmental issues. Very well written, and logically presented.
