About Sharon Gerlach

Sharon Gerlach was in training to be a ninja, but a dismaying lack of physical grace and balance—not to mention the inability to keep her big mouth shut—ended her ninja career before it really began. Now she writes. She doesn’t write about ninjas because that’s obviously a sore subject. But she writes about other really cool things and figures someone else will cover the ninjas. Life’s really not all about ninjas, anyway. Sharon lives on the dry side of the Pacific Northwest with her husband (who must really be fond of her as he hasn’t left her yet despite her ninja failings); her kids and grandkids (none of whom possess ninja qualities either); and two cats. Yes, you guessed it—ninja cats!

One of the most hilarious books I've ever read! Sweet romance of course.

An exceptional story following people in a workplace. The characters are well drawn and the narrative voice of the heroine is fun and a little quirky. There is a thriller element in the romance. One odd thing is the MS Office tips in the heroine's blog. I plan to start using some that I never knew before.

an absolute extraordinary story. the author provides multiple twists and turns that are totally captivating. the characters are very well thought out, and we're given insight into human behavior and psyche that by far exceed the standard novel.
the story is an awesome read and I can only highly recommend this book.

Amazing! Very rare to find a great story that doesn't just follow a predictable formula. Very impressed! That's saying a lot since I just expected a silly romance that would just fill the time!

Wow! Thought I was gonna read a typical romance that followed the general romance formula but was thrilled to find a book that is wonderfully unpredictable, fun, funny, and had everything one could want. I am very impressed with Ms. Gerlach's ability to tell a story in a way that doesn't just follow a predictable formula. Absolutely loved it!

I can't begin to describe how much I enjoyed this story! I love the style of writing, the in depth characters and the humor throughout the story. Mostly, I appreciate the added serious issues that happen every day that many people simply ignore. Wonderful book! You won't be disappointed

This story was extraordinary. Ms. Gerlach's writing style is engrossing and descriptive, and some of her characters seem more real than people I actually know. This story does deal with some serious issues in graphic detail, making the story all the more impactive, heartbreaking, and healing. Not to mention, it's just plain sexy! I highly recommend-- you won't regret picking this one up.

Wow, I'm not sure where to start. Office Politics was awesome, but this book was even better. There's humor sprinkled all through this book, but there are some VERY serious issues involved in the story. One thing I like about Sharon Gerlach's writing is that she always pulls you into the story. You feel for the characters and go through everything with them. I didn't want the book to end. And, I have to admit, reading this book made me late for work a few mornings!
