About Asha Anand

A symbol of national integration, Mrs. Asha Anand is a multi-faceted personality. Born in the South of India (Kerala), she did her nursing studies in Bihar, married in the North (Punjab) and now lives in Mumbai, with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Anand’s writing career began with articles for Eve’s Weekly, Mid-Day, Mumbai Mirror, Reader’s Digest and Women’s Era. Her present memoir is written specially as a tribute to joint and extended families.
A story teller with a keen sense of humour, Mrs. Anand is former President of ‘Inner Wheel Club’ of the Rotary Club of Bombay North.
