Having just graduated from an interior design program, I use this book alot with my new employer and on some of my current projects to understand how to put together a meaningful lighting design. The book covers both fundelementals and some more technical aspects which I thought was nice to have all in one volume. With the changing technologies and products available, I felt that Dr. Gordon as written an extremely useful and informative book, covering a wide range of topics about lighting design. I would recomment the book for both professionals and new lighting designers. The ebook version I downloaded seemed to function fine both on my Ipad and Desktop.

I found the content of this book to be useful, however it is very poorly written. Also, as an e-book, some of its functionality was spotty.
