What do you read for pleasure?
I like to read romance books......nothing like a good book boyfriend to read on a cold evening ;-)
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Kindle but I do have Ibooks on the ipad
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
For me personally it was the free promotion.
When did you first start writing?
I first started writing in May 2013 whilst on maternity leave :-)
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I've always wanted to release a book but When I looked into it a read a lot of horror stories on how people had been turned down by publishers and had turned to self publishing and found it simple and easy.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
By allowing me to expand my book to serval ereaders, I've had a few fans asking me to put it in other ereaders other than kindle.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy for me is Building the characters because I always have an idea of what I want them to be like but it's not until I start writing them that I get a real feeling for them.
E.g when writing Matt for the Fighter club series I had an idea that I wanted him to be loveable and kind and sweet but as I started writing him he became the fun loving, hard as nails, ladies man and prankster.
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything!. It means so much to me that they enjoy my stories and ask me for more :-)
What are you working on next?
Book 3 of the Fighter Club series and a one off book called Undercover :-)
No release dates for them yet.
Who are your favorite authors?
Melody Anne, Ruth Cardello, Molly McAdams, Sylvian Reynard, Sylvia Day to name a few :-)
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I enjoy spending time with my kids, friends and family :-)
