What is your writing process?
Sit down, write.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My smartphone. It's much more convenient to carry something I'll use anyway than have to lug something else about with me.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
Online promotion. Also -- blog events are also big. They really help.
Describe your desk
Big, wooden, found on Craigslist, usually adorned with too many glasses to count (as I am forgetful.)
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The thrill of accomplishment.
