When did you first start writing?
I first started writing free blogs on medical conditions seen in the clinic in 2007 on http://kennethkee.blogspot.com.

My purpose in writing these simple guides was for the health education of my patients which is also the subject of my dissertation for his Ph.D (Healthcare Administration).
What’s the best thing about being a writer?
The best thing about being a writer is that I get to learn as I write and I hope the information has been as useful to the reader as it is for me and my patients
How do you get inspired to write?
I have been writing medical articles for my blog http://kennethkee.blogspot.com (A Simple Guide to Medical Disorder) for the benefit of my patients since 2007.

My purpose in writing these simple guides was for the health education of my patients.

Health Education was also my dissertation for my Ph.D (Healthcare Administration).

I hope that the simple guides that I have written have helped to explain the diseases to them.
Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
I normally get the idea for my most recent book from my patients who present with a new disease (e.g. Picker Nodule) as diagnosed by a specialist.
What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Do not be discouraged by any bad reviews.

Be encouraged instead by the good reviews.

It will only encourage me to write even better than before.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy of writing for me is when patients find my simple guides on health useful to understand their conditions and appreciate my effort in writing them.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I am not writing I am practicing my medical skills and reading more on how to explain a patient's condition to them.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
The first book that I wrote is an autobiography of my medical journey to become a doctor "A Family Doctor's Tale".
