What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My family
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Making hand beaded jewelry, crocheting, playing computer games and playing with my black lab pup, 'Buddy'
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Mostly by reading the short descriptions and looking at the covers
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, I wrote it when I was in 1st grade I think. I called it "3 Kittens"
What is your writing process?
I don't really have a process other than, carrying around a piece of paper and pencil to jot down my ideas
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Little Women, I don't remember if it had an impact on me. I was kind of rebellious at 12
How do you approach cover design?
My son is an artist. I use his art work
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Oh man! I don't have "5"! I would need a couple of weeks to narrow it down to 5

Space Opera

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in 2 different states. California, in JR. High, did a lot of surfing back in the late 60's, early 70's. High School in Illinois, lived with my grandparents on there little farm
