Due to advancement in technology in present time I can say that the book marketing technic that has most been effective to me is social media marketing. Advantage of this technic is that it's able to spread fast and reach far beyond boundaries hence creating you a platform that strengthens your brand name.
The other technic is producing quality work that meets and surpass customer needs hence causing customers satisfaction. This makes the satisfied customers to become walking and talking billboards who pass information through word of mouth to friends, relatives and colleagues about your work and this help grow your brand.

I grew up in the central part of kenya alias mount kenya region. During my childhood I really fell in love with the mount kenyan culture especially that tradition where parents or grandparents would narrate story to the young ones. From that concept I fell in love with story telling and listening to stories. It has enabled many writers to showcase their work and hence given consumers or readers the right to be the judge unlike in the past where traditional publishers had to pick and choose what readers must consume. I can say that indie publishing has brought about independence and revolutionized the entire publishing industry.
