it took me a few days to actually finish this book but overall i really enjoyed it. i did have a few problems with a few of the characters and their behaviour or reactions to some things, mainly with the main character April, especially when it came to Rye - i get it there got a "mate" thing going on (im not a big fan of the Mate style of realationship so this might just be me) but i thought she just accepted it and the other vampires way to quickly. also she constantly do really dumb stuff and magically get herself out of it but otherwise she was a pretty fun character to read about. the twist towards the end about her and her family was great, yea you could kinda see something might be up but it was still interesting and her "predator side" was great! super spooky! and i cant wait to see if there are any lasting affects. the storyline in this book was great, i just loved the whole idea. there are a few books rather simular but i thought this one brang a just little extra something something to the mix. Reign of Blood wasnt to long, which is nice but i wouldnt of minded if it was just a bit longer, sometimes i got the feeling of details being left out, but if theres a next book im deff going to check it out :) - i just wanted to thank The Nexus group and the author for giving me the opportunity to read this book
