An excellent introduction to Singapore's delicious flavours. I found the recipes easy to follow and was surprised how simple some of my favourites are to make! My favourites are pineapple tarts and curry puffs - the taste is incredible. I also follow the author's website, which has videos and other recipes from Singapore and around Asia.
