The Adventure of Stan and the Emerald of Foundation
on Oct. 29, 2015
I really enjoyed this one! It has it all: adventure and fantasy, goblins and wizards, dragons and of course young noble heroes ready to risk their lives to save their town.
The action is very well paced and will keep you on edge rooting for the main characters – a young boy Stan and his best friend Marvin, who got banished from their hometown after the dragon they disturbed destroyed it. But learning the secret of the magical emerald that can give its master everything he wishes for, they go on a dangerous quest to get it, even though it means fighting against a small army of goblins and their master – evil wizard Gustavo, who’s after the Emerald as well.
If you’re a fan of fantasy worlds and adventure, this book is certainly a must-read. The author did a great job in creating very engaging plot and characters, I definitely give it five stars!
