Smashwords book reviews by Richard Starkweather

  • Preg App: New Swellings on Feb. 28, 2017

A fun little romp through magical pregnancy with hot sex. The ending, after all that didn't happen during the story, was predictable. That being said, worth the price of admission.
  • Anything for the Job: A Gender Transformation Bimbo Novella on Feb. 28, 2017

In the veins of Ed Miller's work (which, from me, is a high complement), it was alternatively steamy and thoughtful, showing the delightful spiral into bimbohood and the slow loss of identity. Definitely worth the read and one of my new favorites.
  • Brainwashed Intervention on Aug. 02, 2021

It was not exactly what I was expecting but was a pleasant read nonetheless. The pseudoscience wasn't overwhelming and the ending was sweet.
  • Diapering Dakota (ABDL, Age Play, Regression, Submissive Erotica) on Aug. 02, 2021

Ended far too early but not a bad little story.
  • First Time Lesbians: 3 Erotic Gender Swap Stories on Aug. 30, 2021

It's not bad but it's not good either. The dialog makes you wonder if the writer speaks English natively. A smaller issue is the formatting which changes fonts unpredictably. It was an okay read.
  • Scientist To Bimbo on Oct. 28, 2021

Not a bad start. While there were a few grammatical errors, they didn't detract from the pacing or story all that much. There are a few tongue-in-cheek laughs along the way. We'll see what the rest of the series brings.
  • Swapped for My Lesbian on Jan. 11, 2022

I hate to be picky about this but there are a ton of grammatical errors. The tense changes frequently. The story was unreadable after about the second page. It's a good attempt but proofreading is needed.
  • Pampered on Spring Break - a Lesbian ABDL Erotica on Jan. 15, 2023

A great read and well written. Hot from start to end.
  • Diaper Store Intern: A Lesbian ABDL Story on Feb. 06, 2023

This and the rest of the series is quite possibly the best lesbian ABDL fiction I've read in a long time. Most of the stories by this author that I've purchased have been solid and enjoyable.
  • The Facility on Oct. 18, 2023

A great premise and a good story, though it got darker than I liked toward the end. It was well written. There weren't any times when I felt it wasn't plausible within the setting. I'm only docking a star as it was unexpectedly dark toward the end. The rest was more to my tastes.
