John Burnett
Biography
Detroit native John Burnett is an English professor at Wayne County Community College in Detroit. He has enjoyed introducing hundreds of students each year to the wonder of great literature particularly and the joy of reading generally. A black belt in Korean karate (Tang Soo Do), he briefly made a living teaching martial arts before earning a master’s degree in English.
John lives in Southfield, Michigan with his wonderful wife, Judy, their two sons, Joshua and Shane, and their voracious beagle, Chance.
HALF OFF is his second novel; The Null Dimension, Part I in The Boogerman series, was published in 2014.
