I really enjoyed reading this little Six Sigma ebook; it is a nice, easy to follow introduction to the topic of Six Sigma and process improvement. I've personally been involved with Six Sigma for over twenty years and I'm always looking for ways to introduce people to the subject. I think this ebook can help in that regard; it is easy to read, it covers the basics, yet provides enough details to challenge the reader. I also like the fact that there are some interesting examples applying various analysis techniques to professional soccer. This would be a good read for someone who wants to learn the basics about Six Sigma in a short amount of time. It's also a good reference if a company is wanting to introduce numerous employees to the concepts of process improvement. I recommend this ebook to anyone wanting to "test the Six Sigma waters".
