Especially at this time of the coronavirus pandemic with millions of people out of work, this book has come out at the right time. If our politicians in DC followed the plan of action alluded to, America would be a better place for all. I enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it for all to read.

This book is so helpful! I thought I was meditating before on my own but once I read this book I gained a much better understanding of the process, and it wasn't difficult at all! I wanted to learn how to meditate correctly in order to reduce the stress and tension I've been feeling during the current pandemic situation which is affecting us all. The tips are easy to read, well thought out, and make sense for someone who is a beginner like me. If you are interested in meditation I definitely recommend this book to guide you.
