Mark Spivak has been reviewing wine professionally since 1992. He is the former wine critic for the Palm Beach Post, and is currently Wine and Spirits Editor for the Palm Beach Media Group. His work has appeared in National Geographic Traveler, Robb Report, Continental, Ritz-Carlton, Private Clubs, Men's Journal, Art & Antiques and Newsmax. He is the holder of the Certificate and Advanced Diplomas from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and the survivor of long stints in the restaurant business and the wholesale wine trade.
