This book was not without errors. There are multiple problems with spelling, formatting, and grammar. Scene transitions can be so disorienting I lost where the characters were at times. Many of the love scenes collided with moments of action in odd ways. But, for everything I found wrong with it, I found something the author did right. The storyline is very complex. There is a love story which is deep and years in the making. The action part of the story was good and the climax had very high stakes. You can cheer for this couple. I loved the setting. The location feels perfect for this story. I could picture it quite vividly. I also enjoyed many of the characters and the animal companions. It is a solid novel worth seeing to the end.
