    I am so thankful I found this! So far I have made the Pesto Pasta, Fu Fry, and Quinoa granola. All three are really good, easy and not time-consuming recipes, and ones I'm likely to use again and again. This has been more useful to me than most of my full-length cookbooks because most of the recipes are exactly what I look for: whole food, nutritious, ingredients I have, not overly time consuming to make, and really delicious. It is making it WAY easier to deal with all the restrictions in the low FODMAP elimination phase. Thank you. And let me know if you ever put together a longer cookbook
