Hans Conkel

Biography

Hans Conkel became a locksmith in the mid-nineties when he asked one too many questions and was offered a job. He has performed more than 25,000 lockout service calls, tested locks for vulnerabilities for hardware manufacturers, and designs and builds professional bypass tools for the locksmith trade. Hobbies include building small-scale renewable power contraptions, technical writing for the educational science market, and various casting and machining projects. Always accompanied by Otto, his blind, deaf dachshund, he resides in Oregon.
