Whitley Strieber is the author of over 30 books, beginning with the Wolfen which was made into a film starring Albert Finney. His second novel, the Hunger, was made into a horror classic starring Catherine Deneuve, David Bowie and Susan Sarandon. His book Communion was also made into a film, and Superstorm was made into The Day After Tomorrow. His Alien Hunter series appeared as Hunters on the SyFy channel.
