Once Upon A Bridge

In German occupied Jersey in 1943 sixteen year old boy is arrested and beaten and raped by guards. An officer arrives and shoots the soldiers and arrests the boy sent to Paris for exercution he escapes and joins the resistance in France.Joins British secret service blows up bridges and saves Allied airmen.Plans elimination of war crimminals after the war. In 1947 Marcel,Peter and Girda run an escape route from Germany,through France and Spain to their castle in Portugal and then on to South America.The clients,war criminals, carry gold stolen from concentration camp victims. Karl who hopes to succeed Hitler, returns from Brazil to look for his missing colleagues. So begins a cat and mouse game on land sea and water in France and Portugal.
