This book is unreadable as an epub at least. The formatting is just about the worst I have seen, even from Smashwords which is notoriously poor.

There is a page break after almost every paragraph, even the title is split into two pages! The Pink Floyd quote is one line per page and there are also several paragraph styles which makes reading very disconcerting.

I would like to read this book before I rate it, but that will not happen until it is readable.
