Your Life Can Be Better: using strategies for Adult ADD/ADHD

Rated 5.00/5 based on 2 reviews
this ADD book is different:

-it is by a psychiatrist, about his own struggles with ADD and those of his patients and his friends.
-it is personal, about real people coping with real problems.
-it is about strategies, not about medications or the history, definition or diagnosis of ADD.
-it is not academic. it is interesting and light reading, with lots of helpful information and ideas. More

I'm already halfway through this book but had to buy a copy for my friend.

Although this book is quite long, it's broken into bite-sized chunks. Ideal for us ADDers!!

As someone with ADD himself, Doug Puryear shows us strategies that make so much sense and gives us ideas for achieving positive rewards.

My life has changed thanks to this book, so obviously it's highly recommended.
