I found this book very helpful in several ways. I admit that I had my doubts at first, I already knew how to walk after all! However what this book did for me was to change my attitude to walking. So now I am walking more and enjoying it more. I would recommend this book to anyone who knows they should exercise more but would really prefer not to!

I loved this book! Great sense of purpose and humor. I appreciated the idea that you know when walking has an effect when you feel more energized (more cheerful, I'd say) and the idea that walking is something you can integrate into your life in an ordinary way in reasonably small bites. Most of us spend too much time sitting still and this book offers inspiration (and suggestions) for giving our body the non-caffeine energy boosts it needs.
