About Leigh Tierney

I've always had a rich fantasy life, now I enjoy putting these fantasies into words. Inspired by the success of the 50 Shades trilogy, I've decided to make my, slightly more hardcore, stories available for readers to enjoy. I'd love to read your reviews, and am always open to suggestions!

Just when I think I can't find a book that can raise my ire any more than a recent Christine Feehan book, this one come and bites me in the butt. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'd rather re-read Dark Series book #9 AGAIN (and get pissed off again) than have this awful book/novella in my library. Unfortunately, I'll be forever reminded thanks to the Amex charge. Grrr.

I can't believe I PAID FOR THIS TRIPE.

Clearly the author and the editor don't know the difference between your and you're...all on the first page.

I'm always willing to support new authors, but this book and storyline actually pissed me off. It pissed me off so badly that I can't even articulate WHY it pissed me off, but I feel like I should try to. I dislike reviews where the reviewer says, "Like OMG...this book like totally sucked." and can't give a concrete reason why.

I think that I feel this story is a bit too contrived. I've read accounts on the internet regarding situations like this and clearly so has the author - there is nothing new, fresh or original about this. All the author has done has added some "steamy" "hot" sex scenes to a newspaper article.

This could have been mildly interesting, but the writing was a bit too immature for my taste. Don't get me wrong, I've read some stunningly bad books and stories along the way. For some reason, the way this story was written really made me think this writer is ripping off another author's style...and doing it quite badly.

I hope that this author's next effort will yield better editing, spelling, grammar and most of all, a credible plot.
