The local ranchers, farmers and storekeepers all held the place in high regard never missing a chance to grab a hot plate and a cold beer. The transients, drifters hiding from their secret past, those determined to live the simple life and those gripping the sharp knife in deep pocket step through the rough wood door hoping to find a bit of peace. All of them left a piece of themselves behind in the stories, tales, yarns and half-truths while leaning up against the redwood slab bar, drinking the tapped brew.
