Kids’ books like this aren’t usually my cup of tea but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Read a chapter a day on the kindle and looked forward to it every time. For a self published book this is very professionally written. I particularly liked the way that we as the readers knew things before the teenage characters realised what was going on. Cleverly done, well paced and I can recommend this for kids and adults alike.

I really enjoyed this story. Although I am not in the target age group, I slipped into the tale and was easily swept away with it. I found it fun, intriguing, and thought provoking. A definite must read, wonderful!

I don't believe in telling the story of the book in a review as I don't like to spoil it.
Family secrets, mystery, friendship, ponies and dreams are all in this story. Part of it reminded me of Enid Blyton's Secret Seven books but so much more up to date.I'm not of the age group to read this book but that didn't stop me enjoying it and I even shed a tear at the end. Every young girl will get lost in this story and imagine herself as the main character.Every bit as good as the authors first book New Beginnings, I can't choose between them.
