Short description

Mankind's future lies among the stars, but what kind of future will it be? Will it be a future of freedom for all, or will we be ruled over by a group of powerful elites who contrive to control the greatest natural resource known to man, galaxium?

Extended description

Jason Starchild is one of the elite few who have been bred with the ability to pilot space faring vessels. He is young with a bright future aboard the galactic battle cruiser Rameses. When the mysterious Lord Redshield appears aboard on his first mission, questions arise. Just what does the head of the security force want with Jason Starchild, and what surprises await the Rameses as they head for what should be a peaceful diplomatic mission in the Frem system?

Galaxium is a very exciting story told in a gripping way that made it difficult for me to stop reading. I read it in one sitting despite having other things I should have been doing. The story stopped at an exciting point. I eagerly await the sequel.
