About Stuart Harrison

I'm Stuart Harrison. I grew up in Warwickshire, England, and moved to New Zealand in my early twenties where I spent a number of years working in marketing. At the age of thirty eight I was running my own business, but it went broke, so my wife and our two month old baby packed our bags and went to live in England where I pursued a life-long ambition to write novels. After a lot of rejections, in 1999 The Snow Falcon was published in various countries around the world, and went on to become a bestseller. Four more novels followed. In 2012 I decided to release a revised and rewritten version of The Snow Falcon, along with a new novel, called The Flyer, which is a love story set against the backdrop of early aviation during The First World War.

A new series of books will be published in episodes beginning in 2013. Details can be found at stuartharrison.com.
