I loved the characters and their compassion for sad/sick/abandoned animals. I especially enjoyed the smiting of the "evil" ones. Payback is soooo sweet. Dynamite with romance--what more could a woman want? Kudos!

The first thing that caught my attention was the title...I know...that's a real original way to start, but, think about it. "Pet Recyclers chip shot"? What would you think this was about? I must admit I was skeptical, but decided that it was worth a 'shot'. I was very pleasantly surprised when I began reading. The story moved along nicely and also gave the reader the feeling that something wasn't right. A good story and a good premise. As the plot thickens, the action becomes more involved and the final confrontation, though very violent, was necessary to bring the story to it's conclusion. Some parts of the story are not all that believable, so take it with a grain of salt. Overall it was a good read. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fast paced mystery with just a hint of romance thrown in. Enjoy.

Great book, loaded with action, and humor. A fast read, in a plain spoken style. No, it's no literary masterpiece, it's better than that, this one you'll actually want to read.
