Kathryn Nasuti is a novelist, poet and short fiction writer. Her short fiction was featured in the Winter, 2012 issue of Persimmon Tree Magazine (read the story at http://www.persimmontree.org/v2/winter-2012/cabbage-roses/). Recipient of the Army-Navy ‘E’ during WWII, Kathryn worked in a war plant testing radio crystals - the only woman in her plant qualified to do so. A single mother, she raised four children while teaching kindergarten and 4th grade. A youth counselor at her church, Kathryn was also a local reporter for a number of New Jersey newspapers. She holds a B.A. (with honors) in English Literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Ariella Nasuti holds degrees from Barnard College, Columbia University, and the University of Michigan Law School. Her novel, The Ninth Wave; novella, The Bargain: A Faustian Tale; short story collection The White Cat; and essay, The Value of Grey are available from Smashwords. Her short fiction appears in A Cup of Comfort for Couples (Adams Media, 2010) and Heartscapes (Spruce Mountain Press, 2012).
