About Nora Black

I am a constant writer. I say writer because author sounds too grand for me. I say constant because it is the truth, I am either plotting, writing or dreaming about my characters. They are very real, in an imaginary way, to me. Their creation is, of course, the most demanding virtual necessity I have ever known--it is, however, a very pleasurable pursuit.

Review by: Lois Caddell on Oct. 03, 2013 :
I had a bit of trouble getting started. I had to re-read some of it just to get into the rhythm and flow. Once I got it I loved it. It progressed at a speed I was comfortable with and could stay interested in. The characters were tangible and real with expected emotions and reactions. The plot was engaging, well layered, and suspenseful. Frankie, the main character was a favorite and I found myself liking him enough that I hope this Author continues to use him in subsequent series.
The setting, although in South Africa, could have been set almost anywhere, but then the setting wasn't key to the storyline, or so I didn't think.
I simply enjoyed this book and really hope to see more from this Author.
