Description

At 15, Zulu boy Nathi finds a photograph under the sand in his village. It is of a young white couple. He is captivated by the beauty of the woman in the photograph and believes this is a sign from the ancestors. Later, he goes to seek work in the city and finds a job as a gardener. When he sees his employer's daughter he is dumbfounded. She looks exactly like the woman in the photograph.
