One day in late October thirteen year old Edgar Atheling's life changed forever.

He found out that his hero, Harold Godwinson, had been slain on the battlefield of Hastings. He was proclaimed the King of England. A week later he had to face the Norman invaders in battle.

The Lost King tells the story of the last English King of England, Edgar Atheling. His name and exploits have been almost totally erased by the Norman conquerors.
