This was a good little book that could use some formatting love. The issue, however, is not whether the formatting is good or bad, but whether you use the material in the book. I would only add that the material is well presented, and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

As you sit at your computer and read this review, you already realize that this book could change the way you persuade people. It was easy for me to grab the preview, and once I read it, I understood that I would enjoy this book enough to spend money on it.
