Short description

Closely knit, deeply religious and with a population of just over 500, Haven Park, Wyoming appeared to be a small town just like any other. Then, on the night of July 4, 1966, everything changed forever. Gripped with the horrifying realization there was a killer in their midst, Haven Park reels from one murder after another, at the diabolical hands of one of their own.

Extended description

This is part two of a five-part story.

"Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive."

Haven Park, Wyoming was always a place where manners were minded and secrets were kept. However, when a brutal murder rocked the city to its core, many skeletons began to escape from their closets.

In the second book of this series, the personal lives of Haven Park's most upstanding continue to unravel. As relationships are compromised and promises are broken, one more resident finds themselves in the cross hairs of a killer.

Things are heating up and this small town isn't as innocent as we once thought! Lots of drama and suspense. Who killed 2 people in a short period of time? Were the murders related? And who's the strange out-of-town "consulting detective?"

Come one Bex! Let's have the next installment!

This series reminds me of "Twin Peaks." Unknown killer plus Peyton Place type townfolk makes for an interesting story. Part Two develops the characters introduced in Part One. I find myself starting to identify with them, a difficult thing for me to do in the first book. I can't wait for book three.
