About Bex Aaron

I'm not going to speak of myself in the third person anymore, sorry...

My name is Bex Aaron. I'm 30, I live in Houston, I'm divorced and I have so many cats I am starting to feel like the woman on The Simpsons! Writing has always been my passion, though this is the first time I've compiled any of it into an ebook.

My goal as a writer is to make people think, feel and care about the world I've created. I'm a big believer in world building. I never want to create a cardboard character, and I never want my stories to be predictable. I deal primarily in drama-based genres, such as soap opera, mystery, suspense and the like...I've done a bit of sci-fi before, but never fantasy. It's just not my cup of tea, sorry.

Things are heating up and this small town isn't as innocent as we once thought! Lots of drama and suspense. Who killed 2 people in a short period of time? Were the murders related? And who's the strange out-of-town "consulting detective?"

Come one Bex! Let's have the next installment!

This series reminds me of "Twin Peaks." Unknown killer plus Peyton Place type townfolk makes for an interesting story. Part Two develops the characters introduced in Part One. I find myself starting to identify with them, a difficult thing for me to do in the first book. I can't wait for book three.
