I've read all three of Amos Fairchild's novels in this series. The series actually took me by surprise. I read a lot of fantasy and sci-fi e-books by independent authors, and the standards are usually quite mixed. This series was excellent.

The first book did take me four or five chapters to get into, but then I was hooked. I think books two and three are even better.

I recommend all the books in this series. The world and the characters he has created are interesting and great fun. I'm hoping for more books in the series.

This was a great squeal to the first novel, and I really liked the character development, and I like midnight even more now, hehe. The story had A few interesting twist and I enjoyed the finale, I was left guessing until the end. I cant wait to see what troubles Jorden has next. :P
