There are great facts for all travellers in the quick reference guide.

While some of the tips may seem obvious to some people, but as a former travel agent you'd be surprised how many people either don't know these things and often get stung by additional fees or forfeiting your trip.

Anyone travelling should put this book in their library and use it as a reference guide
