Vultar's Heart, Body and Soul Mate Part 1

Rated 4.33/5 based on 13 reviews
My life has always been normal.  Well you know what i mean by normal; shopping, chatting on my cell, hanging out with family and friends, reading great books, stuff like that. I am now an eighteen year old girl with a never ending supply of boredom. Nothing exciting or unusual has ever happened to me.  That is until now. More

Certainly a different type of writing style is presented in this story. Beth Wright has written a science fiction romance in her story Vultar’s Heart, Body, and Soul Mate Part 1.

The woman named Setiana by Vultar is the only human in an alien race of people who are best described as partially reptilian. Another race of aliens are snakelike that want Setiana for themselves. The story itself was interesting and I’m always up for a good scifi.

The story is written in what I think is a mix between 1st and 2nd person perspective on Setiana’s account. A lot of people seem to have enjoyed this story and have laughed at all the ridiculous implications in it. I had to chuckle myself when the ages of the alien people were revealed.

Gods, I was laughing so hard. And at three am, that's not so smart but gods...the ages! *laughs in memory* First time an age was mentioned (1 million) I paused and looked the page up and down thinking "You're older then dirt, arn't you?" (Good thing Vultar couldn't read MY mind!) and by the time Vultar's actual age was mentioned I was laughing so hard. "Yes! You are older then dirt! Earth dirt, at least!" (Again, very good thing Vultar couldn't read my mind. XD)

There were some things that you could edit, but other then that it was an interesting read. ^_^

OMG, even though you have got about 10+ reviews, but i still wanted to review it, i really liked the story, and i was sent by Muzna to read this, i never like new creature stories, but i knew, the person who suggested this book can suggest the best books, if i get some budget handled or some other way, i'd love to read and review your other book, this book had real spell, even though the imagination of Vultar made me bit my lips =P
And imagining snake like guy made me feel pain in my head =P

Wow ! What a beginning to a new series. Even though this was a short story it has a lot going on.Vultar’s Heart, Body and Soul Mate part 1, is the first segment. I thoroughly enjoyed this book; it was funny, exciting with a little romance. Typically this is not the type of book I read only because I find books of that genre are hit or miss for me.But, I have say that from the beginning I was hooked on the plot. The characters were half human half alien and should be frightening no? In war the are warriors and when they are among there kind and mates these rough and tough warriors are endearing and big pussy cats with a big hearts. They excepted Setiana with upon arms as there fathers mate and protected her almost giving there lives. Is seems as though these creatures have some sort of healing abilities also. We will just have to explore to find out all there capable of. The Mind reading abilities they have a remarkable thing as the speak to one another through there minds and read thoughts without having to speak them. Can you say shields! Some getting used to but, doesn't seem to bother Setiana to much.Upon finishing this, I wanted to know what happens next! Can't wait for part two. A fresh new engaging twist.

Wow. I kept getting bits of this on my facebook account and even though I'm not usually into otherworld type stories, this one caught my attention. Needs a bit of editing, but great story. I liked it so much I had to come back and order the series. Great Job Beth!

I had this ebook giving by the author as free, and I read it the same day, is a short story full of surprises. A race diferent from the human, came to live when, Elizabeth is abducted by some kind of reptile aliens in her basement. In many forms they are alike humans, and Elizabeth, now Setania, fall for Vultar's unique and fit body and soul. I usually dont go for this kind of books, but this story is unique and very distinct from others around. Good job beth

I have to say that this book is not my usual reading material. I don't usually go for stories that involve alien races that are trying for what ever reason to intermingle with us mere humans.

That being said, I was intrigued by the 'mind speaking' and 'healing qualities' that these strange beings had.
The writing flowed easily and as the story progressed I found myself caught in in this strange tale, enough so that I went ahead and purchased part 2 in this series.

An interesting 3 Star read :]

OMG. This is a short story, but definitely made you wanna know what happens next. A young girl is taken from her home, to find that she is in a dungeon surrounded by strangers, who refuse to let any harm come to her. But its Vultar who steals her heart. Its sweet, and yet still has plenty of danger. It is a unique read. And leaves you wanting to know what is in part 2! I can't wait for what's next

Vultar's Heart and Soul Mate by Beth Wright is the most unique short story I have EVER read. Elizabeth is an average eighteen year old girl who is suddenly taken from our world as we know it and wakes up in a dungeon in another world. This is where she meets Vultar, her soul mate. Vultar takes her to his world where they fall in love ... but life is not without danger, including other species wanting to take Elizabeth - or Satiana as Vultar called her - as their own.

This short story within the genre of young adult paranormal romance is filled with creatures fresh and intriguing, straight from Beth's mind. Their world, while similar to the human world, is quite obviously not the human world. I love the creatures, the descriptions, the newness and originality of everything that Beth describes. I love the interaction between Satiana and Vultar and was left wanting their passionate kiss to turn into something more. Beth definitely has an original voice and supremely original ideas. With the second part of Vultar's Heart and Soul Mate soon to be released, I am anxious to see what will come next!

Vultar’s Heart, Body and Soul Mate part 1, is the first segment. I thoroughly enjoyed this book; it was funny, romantic and exciting. Upon finishing this, I wanted to know what happens next! The only thing, was that the book needs to be longer, but in this short part, quite a lot actually happens…A young girl goes down to the basement, and is kidnapped from her home, to wake up shrouded in darkness, surrounded by an unfamiliar kind. Trapped in the basement, these strangers do not allow any harm to come upon her. Vultar captures her heart, revealing that they are soul-mates and that he will never let anything ever hurt her. The book is brimming with excitement and a sweet one of a kind love that captures our hearts. This is a brilliant read, by an amazing author, and it had me in stitches countless times. I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone. It is different, but an amazing type of different. I’d give it a 5/5 stars, even though there were a few spelling mistakes, I do not feel that they detracted at all from the amazing storyline. I can’t wait for the next instalment!

This was an interesting and exciting begining of a story. There were some spelling/grammer errors, and part 1 would have definitely been 5 stars without them. I'm looking forward to what happens next. I just hope that part 2 is a lot longer.
